Careers with OPUS : Communication Consultant

We are seeking immediate expressions of interest from Indonesian communication consultants in contributing to a project in a client organisation.

Background should include working with specific aspects of Communications in Indonesia and in Bahasa indonesia, public relations, event organizer and experience in writing short attractive, and sometimes technical, articles. Qualifications in any one of these is sufficient for inclusion in the selection process. Wider experience allowing multi-tasking capability will be preferred.

Requirements:

• Degree in communication science, journalism or equivalent proven experience, .
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in handling communication project for junior Consultant and minimum 5 years for consultant.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills - both in written and verbal for normal client service and work flow purposes.
• Specific word-crafting skills with the ability to focus on key themes and styles that will engage audiences for specific purposes.
• Experience in the non-verbal communication of event and poster or visual design
• Proficiency with Microsoft office tools
• Having graphic design tools capability is preferred.
• Possess good administrative and documentation skills.
• Must be a good team player as well as working alone under minimum supervision.
• Both achievement and customer service oriented – you want to get the job done to high standards of quality and to client requirements.
