The Cubiks Multi-Rater Assessment is a highly flexible web-enabled tool that provides employers with a structured framework to identify the strengths and development needs of staff at individual, group and organisation-wide levels.

Delivered via the Cubiks Online platform, the Cubiks Multi-Rater Assessment allows organisations to create tailored questionnaires that address areas such as self-assessment, 180º and 360º feedback.

TAILORED TO ADRRESS YOUR REQUIREMENT

The Cubiks Multi-Rater Assessment is not a ‘One-size-fits-all’ solution. It is a highly sophisticated tool that can be delivered either in a standard format utilising the full content of the Cubiks Competency Framework, or rapidly tailored to address unique client requirements. In all cases, the system allows organisations to:

· Select the competencies that are specific to their organisation or a particular role, incorporating their own competency framework if required
· Set target scores for the most important and relevant competencies under review
· Quickly invite participants to complete online questionnaires via email and monitor their progress via user-friendly administration tools
· Generate a range of highly informative reports that employers and participants can use as the basis for development planning.

The Cubiks Multi-Rater Assessment can also be integrated with other products in the Cubiks Online platform which are linked via the Cubiks Competency

Framework. The products include the PAPI personality assessment and a range of interview guides and reports.

· Personal development guides which contain development tips and suggestions for further reading

Each report contains full guidance on how users should interpret the behavioural statements, competency results and feedback text, as well as useful information regarding the questionnaire response rate. Importantly, reponses can only be viewed in their combined format, guaranteeing anonymity and helping to create an envionment of honest, constructive support.

Designed to address the needs of international organisations, the Cubiks Multi-Rater Assessment is available for use in multiple languages.
