OPUS and Executive Search and High Level Placement

OPUS is often approached by companies and individuals to either seek candidates or to seek positions.

While OPUS is not primarily in the business of Executive Search, we are sometimes in the position to make a good match. This is often in the HR field at senior levels, but sometimes in Finance or Business Development areas also.

We are therefore open to be informed by our clients of particular needs they have in the Organisation Development or HR Development area, or other senior level vacancies.

We will endeavour to identify suitable matches where we are aware of a need, but will at the same time only act where both parties have already expressed a need. In short, we will not solicit individuals, but will respond where individuals contact us.

Companies can be sure that the job-fit matching that we undertake to help them with selection, will be used to assure a strong ‘fit’ between offered candidates.

Based on this principle, we are soliciting information from companies if they have vacancies at senior levels for which they would welcome candidates.
